Double is our high-caffeine gum. Each piece has 90 mg of caffeine plus guarana extract and taurine, in a tropical flavour. It is meant for adults who already use caffeine. You get five tins of ten pieces.

How to use
Chew one piece for 5 to 10 minutes. Have no more than 2 pieces in 4 hours, or 4 pieces in 24 hours.
