Delivery, returns and privacy.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, to your door or to a Pudo locker you choose at checkout. For locker orders you get an SMS with a collection PIN when your order arrives.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery is free for all orders placed in 2026.

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery and return unopened tins for a full refund of the price paid. You pay the cost of the original delivery and the return courier costs.
If a tin arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including delivery, free of charge.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened tins.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, contact details and delivery address or chosen Pudo locker. They are deleted after the order is fulfilled.
If you sign up for emails, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email to stop.
We count page visits anonymously, without cookies, to see which pages are useful. We do not store anything that identifies you.
We share these only with our payment provider and courier, and we never sell your information.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@upgum.co.za.
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This website is operated by Good Company Health (Pty) Ltd, 1 John Vorster Drive, Pretoria, 0169, South Africa.
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR).
UpGum contains caffeine and is intended for adults.
Product information on this site matches our packaging. If they ever differ, the packaging applies.
